Today's badminton training SUPER tiring. BUT FUN!! :)
Do full-work first.
Next do court training.
One lob one drop.
I train with YiZhen and Sylvester.
Then do physical.
After finishing , coach suddenly call me to get ready to play single.
I shock lorhx. x.x
Play single with Idris. (I won!!)
Next play single with XingFang. (I won too!!)
Play till leg pain. :'(
After training , i walk home with Cherry.
Reach home , watch TV.
Eat Dinner , then bath.

Got to go already...
